Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, then unfortunately we won't be able to handle a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an unopened state, unused and in its original packing.

We are unable to refund or return any opened or used items for any and all circumstances.

Returns or Refund may not be given for a change of mind after purchase if the item has been opened or used.

Damaged on Arrival:

If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us as soon as possible. This must be within 5 days of delivery, include your order details and clear photos.

Order Cancellations:

In an event of a order cancelation, your order must not be processed or shipped. After an order has been processed or shipped - cancellations or returns are no longer available.
